Legal Terms

By subscribing to NEW Disposal services, you agree to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Residential service is provided on a quarterly billing cycle. Commercial service terms are defined in individual service agreements.

Legal Terms

Customers are responsible for placing waste containers curbside by 6:00 AM on their scheduled collection day, with at least 3 feet of clearance from obstacles including mailboxes, vehicles, and utility poles. Containers must be returned to your property by end of day.

Standard residential service includes household waste. Hazardous materials, medical waste, construction debris, and other restricted items are not permitted. See our recycling guide for details on accepted recycling materials.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur a fee as outlined in your service agreement. Service may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.

NEW Disposal is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete delayed service within 24 hours.
