Most residential customers are billed quarterly. Most commercial customers are billed monthly.
Please check your most recent statement or invoice for your billing period and due date. Residential statements are usually due by the end of the month before the next quarter begins.
You can pay by credit card, electronic check, or paper check. Payments can also be made by phone or through the mail with the payment slip on your statement.
Phone and web payments are usually reflected within 2 business days. Mail, bill pay, and automatic payment services can take longer because of postal and bank processing times.
Customer accounts that remain past due may be charged late fees or administrative fees. If you have a question about your balance, contact the billing team.
The fuel surcharge helps cover the cost of fleet operation and maintenance. It is adjusted periodically based on operating costs.
