Pickup Tips
Follow these simple guidelines and your pickup will go smoothly every single week.

Curbside · 7am
Set Toters Out the Night Before
Our trucks start early. Rolling toters to the curb by 7am the morning of service is the safest bet, but night-before is even better on unpredictable days.
Yard Waste in Paper Bags
We accept yard waste curbside in compostable paper bags during spring, summer, and fall. Plastic bags aren't accepted — they contaminate the compost stream.
Christmas Tree Collection
We collect live Christmas trees curbside the first two weeks of January. Remove all lights, ornaments, and tree stands first.
Winter Weather Delays
Heavy snow can delay routes by a day. We always catch up - check our Facebook page or call our dispatch line for the latest.
