Weekly pickup on your scheduled service day

Rain or shine — same day every week.

Trash toter plus up to 2 additional household bags

20 lbs and less each, or able to be lifted with one hand. Any extra bags on the side of the container should be thick, heavy-duty trash bags so they don’t rip and spill — we want to leave your curb looking clean.

Holiday-week schedule shifts announced in advance

Pickup days that fall on a holiday — or the days after, within the same week — roll back by one day. Don’t worry about remembering each holiday; we’ll email you a reminder.

No toter maintenance on you

We deliver it, we maintain it, we replace it if it breaks. The cart stays with the service.

Every week, recycling goes out too.

Curbside recycling is included with your service — single-stream, clean, loose in the toter. No sort piles, no pickup fee, no extra trip.

  • Single-stream, loose in the toter

No sorting and no bagging — just drop clean recyclables into the cart.

  • Clean and dry beats contaminated

Rinse food residue and skip plastic bags so materials stay recyclable.

  • Collected every week, right next to trash

Same service day, same curb — no extra fees, no extra trips.

Bulk Pickup

Got big stuff? We'll haul it.

Couches, mattresses, old grills, the whole garage clean-out — if it won't fit in your toter, bulk pickup is for you.

  • All items must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • One standard bulk item is included with weekly pickup.
  • Contact us for pricing on non-standard items.

Important Information for Your Service

  • Place your toter curbside at the end of your driveway the night before your service day.

  • Toters should be placed with at least 3 feet clearance from mailboxes, poles, lampposts, vehicles and each other cart.

  • Make sure the wheels on your trash and recycle carts are toward the house so that all waste or recyclable materials are emptied.

  • Do not put anything you do not wish to be picked up near your carts. For example, lawn chairs, portable basketball hoops, bicycles, and similar items.

  • Service issues should be reported within 24 hours of your service day.

Commonly Asked Questions

Your Waste Service

What can I put in my residential trash toter?
Regular household trash is fine to throw away. If you have anything unusual like paint cans, appliances, or electronics please contact us first - we may be able to help make these items disappear for you!
Should I bag my trash?
Yes. It makes the lives much easier for our drivers and helpers to have the trash in bags. Please securely bag your trash.
Can I put construction debris in my toter?
We cannot take construction and demolition material including bricks, concrete, tiles, cinder blocks, lumber, drywall, shingles, and similar items. This type of material can easily make your toter too heavy to lift and is also a safety hazard for our employees and equipment.
Do you supply containers?
Yes, NEW Disposal supplies containers for each of our customers. If you wish to use your own 55-gallon-or-less personal container in addition to the container NEW Disposal provides, we are unable to insure customer owned equipment. Use at your own risk.
What about yard waste and leaves?
Many of our local municipalities provide yard waste removal. If your local municipality does not, NEW Disposal will pick up three bags of yard waste such as grass clippings or leaves per week. Material like dirt, sod, mulch, rocks, and tree trunks are not able to be collected with residential service. Leaves must be bagged for pickup.
How do I keep my container clean?
Choose your cleaner and mix your solution according to the directions on the package. You can also make your own cleaner by mixing 4 cups of white vinegar, 1/2 cup of dish soap, and water. Apply cleaner to the can, scrub, and rinse with clean water.
